Seven named gold properties across seven African jurisdictions, held through long-term lease arrangements built for stability, not speculation.
Mining interests across seven jurisdictions give Papon Ltd a broad geographical operating base and reduce the Company’s dependence on any single mining location.

Every property operates under its own national mining, environmental and revenue-authority requirements. Licence and permit documentation for each site is available to investors during due diligence.
Papon Ltd’s mining properties are primarily secured through long-term lease arrangements. The Company enters into sufficiently long-term agreements with property owners, mining rights holders and other relevant parties to provide the operational stability required for substantial investment in exploration, mine development, equipment and infrastructure.
The specific duration, terms, renewal provisions and rights under each lease are governed by legally binding agreements and remain subject to applicable Kenyan mining, land, environmental and regulatory requirements.
Papon Ltd’s strategy is to continually secure additional long-term leased mining properties as suitable opportunities arise — building a diversified portfolio of gold-mining assets.
